Remote LLM Trainer (Agent completion tasks)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote LLM Trainer to help a leading foundational large-language-model company improve its agents. You will create high-quality multi-turn conversations that combine natural language with tool-calling actions, providing data for fine-tuning and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic multi-turn dialogues between a user and an AI assistant that can invoke tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.
• Play both the user and the assistant, inserting tool calls only when corrections or specific actions are required.
• Ensure logical flow, correct function-call usage, and adherence to the internal formatting playbook.
• Generate examples that showcase successful task completion, graceful handling of infeasible requests, and engaging casual conversation when no tools are needed.
• Iterate on drafts based on reviewer feedback to continuously raise realism and training value.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain consistency and high quality across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical role.
• Strong logical reasoning and ability to model real-world assistant behavior.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience working with APIs and JSON data formats.
