About the role
We are looking for a Remote LLM Trainer to create high‑quality multi‑turn conversations for agent‑completion tasks. You will simulate realistic interactions between users and AI assistants that can call functions such as calendar, email, maps, and drive, providing data that will be used for fine‑tuning and benchmarking large language models.
Key responsibilities
- Design multi‑turn dialogues that reflect real user goals and tool‑based assistance.
- Play both the user and the assistant, inserting tool‑call events only when corrections are needed.
- Follow internal formatting and quality guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Iterate on examples based on reviewer feedback to improve realism and clarity.
- Collaborate with peers to maintain high standards across all deliverables.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical role.
- Strong logical reasoning and ability to model real‑world assistant behavior.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with APIs.
- Familiarity with JSON data format.
