About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team on a part‑time, fully remote basis. You will support talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and policy management while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders on AI‑driven research and enterprise projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, maintaining accurate records and timelines.
• Develop, review, and update HR policies to guarantee compliance and operational consistency.
• Produce structured documentation and provide guidance on HR best practices.
• Collaborate asynchronously with stakeholders on workforce planning and administrative initiatives.
• Apply HR expertise to support AI‑driven research and enterprise projects.

Required profile

• Professional experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or administrative management.
• Familiarity with payroll systems, benefits administration, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project‑based environment.
