Remote Graphic Designer – LinkedIn Video Content & Motion Graphics

About the role

A content strategy and marketing automation agency based in Faridabad/Delhi NCR is seeking a Graphic Designer to lead its daily LinkedIn content creation. The role centres on producing high-engagement videos (80%+ of the workload), including narrative-driven reels, carousels with motion graphics and animated testimonials for HR and tech audiences. Video editing expertise is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Edit 70-80% of projects: cut raw footage into stories using pacing, transitions, colour grading, sound design and motion graphics in Premiere Pro/After Effects.
• Create and edit short-form videos (15-60s) for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels and email campaigns, with emotional storytelling for HR themes such as talent acquisition and leadership.
• Design static graphics (about 20% of the role): thumbnails, carousels and infographics in Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Collaborate on content calendars, incorporating founder feedback to match brand voice and trends in tech hiring visuals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a reel or portfolio showing viral-style edits (e.g. 100K+ views).
• 1+ year of experience as a graphic designer in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Portfolio with LinkedIn/HR-focused videos; bonus for content with 24K+ follower-style engagement.
• Tech-savvy, able to handle quick-turnaround daily posts.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (core requirement)
• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and Canva
• CapCut/Vyond for dynamic effects and audio mixing
• Understanding of social media ads, marketing creatives and branding; colour theory, typography and layout
