Remote Coding Instructor for K-12 Students

About the role

Codingal is seeking passionate coding instructors to teach live K-12 students remotely. Join a mission-driven team delivering AI and coding education to over one million learners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, interactive coding lessons to K-12 students via the online platform, ensuring content is fun and age-appropriate.
• Inspire curiosity by guiding students to build apps, games, and websites.
• Assess student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share progress and address concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training, teacher development programs, and curriculum updates.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent).
• Strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in at least one language such as Python, JavaScript, Scratch, or Java.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to simplify concepts for young learners.
• Reliable home setup: laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps).
• Teaching experience or familiarity with K-12 computer-science education is a plus.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies and teaching methods.
