Reliability & Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facility and production equipment. You will lead preventive maintenance, respond to corrective calls, and coordinate with vendors to keep systems running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly technical checks according to the PPM schedule.
• Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair work.
• Coordinate warranty and AMC activities with external vendors.
• Read energy consumption data and maintain diesel generators.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot power distribution, lighting, transformers and wiring.
• Work with relay logic, ladder diagrams and control components such as photo‑eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives and encoders.
• Carry out minor building refurbishments, fire‑alarm checks, pest control, housekeeping and waste disposal.
• Prepare daily reports on TT closures, open cases and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, electronics or instrumentation & controls.
• At least 1 year of experience maintaining conveyors, automation or control systems.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment and support shift operations.
