About the role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to lead retail sales initiatives in Vadodara. The role focuses on driving sales through existing and new distributor relationships, ensuring the achievement of regional targets and enhancing brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive ongoing sales from defined relationships and contribute to regional achievements.
  • Obtain and analyse market information to identify new clients, make direct pitches and liaise with channel partners.
  • Profile distributors, cater to their requirements and ensure the addition of targeted folios and new SIPs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with distributors, manage empanelment and activation, and disseminate product updates.
  • Organise and execute training sessions and engagement activities for partners.
  • Maintain 100 % compliance with internal reporting and audit systems, provide weekly reports to Regional and Channel Heads, and update the sales portal.
  • Install advertising and publicity materials to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship‑building capabilities with distributors and channel partners.
  • Detail‑oriented approach to compliance, reporting and documentation.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for pitches and trainings.
