Relationship Manager – Host Operations

About the role

Goodera is seeking a Relationship Manager to own the end‑to‑end experience of every host in a defined U.S. region. You will be the primary point of contact for hosts, guiding them from onboarding through event delivery while ensuring operational excellence and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated relationship manager for a portfolio of hosts, building strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Guide hosts through onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing development.
• Own host mapping, event allocations, and ensure hosts are event‑ready for each engagement.
• Coordinate travel, sample kits, and operational readiness as needed.
• Identify risks early and resolve operational issues before they affect events.
• Monitor host performance using metrics, conduct feedback reviews, and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Finance, Payments, Product, and other internal teams to ensure seamless host experiences.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements.
