Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager will lead the bank’s relationship‑based activities with multinational and new‑economy corporate clients. Reporting to the Team Leader, the role focuses on growing sales and revenue by advising clients on funding strategies and cross‑selling a broad range of wholesale banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multinational corporations, providing funding advice and selecting optimal bank products.
• Originate, structure, and obtain credit approvals for financing solutions, including working capital, capex, and off‑balance‑sheet facilities.
• Cross‑sell treasury, liabilities, digital banking, debt capital markets, syndications, corporate advisory, and other bank solutions.
• Monitor client financial performance and proactively expand share‑of‑wallet.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth transaction delivery.
• Support research and analysis on industries, clients, and markets for the Relationship Management Group.

Required profile

• CA or MBA from a reputable institute.
• 3‑5 years of relationship management or credit proposal experience with multinational or corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and the Indian market for multinational corporates.
