Regulatory Reporting PMO Consultant / Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a PMO Consultant / Assistant Manager to lead regulatory reporting initiatives for KPMG India. The role focuses on trade‑lifecycle projects, ensuring compliance with COREP, FINREP and Basel guidelines while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of trade‑lifecycle and regulatory reporting projects.
• Design and implement Target Operating Model (TOM) aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate SteerCo, TOM Committee and working‑group meetings, presenting updates to senior leadership.
• Maintain data quality, integrity and reconciliation across systems.
• Manage RAID logs, identify risks and ensure robust governance.
• Track delivery using JIRA dashboards, sprint metrics and project KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project or program management within financial services.
• Strong understanding of trade‑lifecycle processes and regulatory reporting frameworks (COREP, FINREP, Basel).
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive decision‑making.
• Experience with data governance and audit readiness.
