Registered Pharmacist – Warehouse Operations (Bangalore)

About the role

We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist to lead pharmacy‑related warehouse operations in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. The role blends regulatory pharmacy duties with end‑to‑end inventory and order fulfilment, ensuring safe, compliant and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medicines and verify prescriptions in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and internal SOPs.
• Maintain pharmacy licences, registers and audit documentation, and ensure cold‑chain compliance for temperature‑sensitive items.
• Oversee inbound receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of medicines, recording batch numbers, expiry dates and serial numbers in ERP/WMS.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and reconciliations to achieve high inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, procurement and customer support to ensure on‑time deliveries, handle returns and manage reverse logistics.
• Support internal and external audits, implement process improvements and monitor KPIs such as stock variance, order TAT and compliance outcomes.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist with 1–5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, warehouse management or inventory control.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, cold‑chain handling and audit processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with inventory management systems.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of ERP or WMS platforms.
