Registered Nurse – Preventive Care (Chennai)

About the role

Prvnt is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its on‑site clinical team in Chennai. The role focuses on delivering direct patient care while supporting the company’s preventive health programs that combine AI insights, lab diagnostics and wearable technology.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer treatments according to preventive care protocols.
• Coordinate diagnostic tests and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes, treatment plans, and the use of wearables and digital health tools.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and AI‑driven care teams to develop and update care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical standards, safety, and infection‑control policies.

Required profile

• Valid RN license/registration and completion of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient‑care abilities, including vital‑sign monitoring and medication administration.
• Ability to counsel patients on preventive health, lifestyle modifications and adherence to monitoring protocols.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills with a commitment to inclusive patient interactions.
• Attention to detail in documentation, time management and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Experience in preventive care, chronic disease management or wellness programs is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Chennai in a fast‑evolving, innovation‑focused environment.

Required skills
