Registered Nurse positions in Germany – Full Support

About the role

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses to work in German hospitals and elderly‑care facilities. The position offers an on‑site role with a structured adaptation phase followed by a permanent placement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support under the supervision of medical staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and follow clinical protocols.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans and monitor patient progress.

Required profile

• GNM, B.Sc Nursing or Post‑B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration in your home country.
• Willingness to achieve German language level B1/B2 for licensing.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced nurses.
