Registered Nurse – Multiple Specialties (BMT, OT, PICU, NICU, etc.)

About the role

MGM Healthcare Group of Hospitals is expanding its nursing team across a wide range of clinical areas. We are looking for dedicated nursing professionals to join us in delivering high‑quality, compassionate care in a multispecialty hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in assigned units such as BMT, OT, PICU, NICU, Cardiac ICU, Emergency Medicine, and others.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and assist with procedures as per protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health staff, and support teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital documentation standards.
• Participate in shift rotations, including night and weekend duties.

Required profile

• Valid Tamil Nadu Nursing Registration Certificate (mandatory).
• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM), B.Sc Nursing, or Post‑Basic B.Sc Nursing for staff nurse roles; Diploma in Nursing Assistant for assistant roles.
• Experience ranging from fresh graduates to 20+ years.
• Strong clinical knowledge, patient‑care skills, and effective communication.
