About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care plans.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
- Assist in planning and implementing patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and report changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Offer emergency support, including first aid and resuscitation.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain a sterile and organized work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- GNM or BSc Nursing qualification.
- Position within the Nursing department.
Required skills
- Medication administration.
- Vital signs monitoring.
- First aid and resuscitation.
