Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our hospital team. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care, supporting doctors during procedures, and ensuring a safe, dignified environment for all patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to individual care plans and clinical requirements.
• Monitor vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment continuously.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other prescribed treatments.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication records, and patient charts.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, emergencies, and code‑blue situations.
• Report any deterioration or significant changes in patient condition promptly.
• Follow hospital policies, infection‑prevention protocols, and NABH standards.
• Ensure proper handover during shift changes and maintain patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Educate patients and attendants on medication, treatment, procedures, and discharge instructions.
• Participate in emergency response drills, BLS/ALS activities, and other training programs.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the respective State Nursing Council.
• Freshers may be considered; relevant hospital or clinical experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of basic nursing procedures, infection prevention, and control practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights.
