Registered Nurse – Clinical Care at NURA Screening Center

About the role

The Registered Nurse will join NURA’s dedicated screening centre in Chennai, providing direct patient care during AI‑enabled health screening visits. The role combines clinical nursing duties with support for advanced imaging workflows in a fast‑paced, technology‑forward environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients for screening procedures and assist with AI‑enabled imaging workflows.
• Monitor vital signs, collect medical histories and support physicians during examinations.
• Administer medications when indicated and ensure strict infection‑control and protocol compliance.
• Educate patients on screening results, follow‑up recommendations and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate appointment scheduling.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe, patient‑centred environment.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse license and completion of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Experience in preventive care, outpatient services or diagnostic centres (oncology or lifestyle‑disease screening is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site clinical setting in Chennai with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
