Regional Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Training Manager to lead capability building across the North & East region for MARS Cosmetics. The role focuses on delivering product knowledge, sales techniques, soft‑skill and makeup application training to our Beauty Advisors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, virtual, field and on‑the‑job training sessions.
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, presentations, videos and e‑learning modules.
• Create assessments, questionnaires and certification programs to evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Manage Beauty Advisor scorecards and drive continuous capability improvement.
• Maintain training calendars, MIS, attendance records and reporting.
• Provide field coaching, consumer retail trainings and stockist/distributor training.
• Partner with Sales Heads, RSMs, ASMs and cross‑functional teams to align training with business objectives.
• Plan and execute training schedules and travel independently across the assigned region.
• Leverage AI‑enabled learning tools, virtual platforms and digital resources.
• Lead new product launch trainings and ensure timely dissemination across all sales channels.
• Track post‑training performance, identify gaps and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in training, learning & development or sales enablement, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods sector.
• Strong ability to travel extensively across the North & East region.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience designing and delivering classroom, virtual and on‑the‑job training.
• Proficiency in creating training content, assessments and certification programs.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled learning platforms and digital training tools.
• Ability to analyse training metrics and generate MIS reports.
