Regional Training Manager – DSF (Surat)

About the role

The Regional Training Manager – DSF will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs for Field Sales (FLS) and Advisors across the Surat region. The role focuses on upgrading job knowledge through induction, recruitment workshops and selling‑skills sessions to boost territory productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and implement a monthly training calendar covering licensing, advisor induction, selling skills, product refreshers and domain training.
• Coordinate with the sales hierarchy to ensure training initiatives are executed and followed up.
• Drive awareness and usage of sales tools and aids across branches.
• Organise and execute learning interventions for new product launches, regulatory changes and seasonal business opportunities.
• Monitor and improve measurable productivity metrics such as training pass rates, new advisor performance, and FLS production.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training to Field Sales and Advisors.
• Ability to manage training across multiple branches and a large team of existing and new hires.
• Experience handling geographical distribution challenges and training infrastructure constraints.
