Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead restaurant acquisition and business development across the assigned region for a fast‑growing food‑delivery platform. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and building strong partnerships with restaurants and other food‑service operators.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new restaurant partners, including QSRs, cloud kitchens, cafés, and enterprise accounts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach and mentor Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives, monitoring productivity and regional KPIs.
• Drive restaurant activation, increase order volume, GMV and regional revenue through promotional and pricing initiatives.
• Manage strategic high‑value partners, resolve escalations and ensure long‑term retention.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, track pipeline metrics and produce accurate sales forecasts and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product and Customer Support on city launches, regional expansion and local marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 7–10 years of sales and business development experience, with at least 3 years managing regional or multi‑city sales teams.
• Background in food delivery, restaurant aggregation, e‑commerce, quick commerce, retail, FMCG or logistics.
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive sales targets and leading geographically distributed teams.
• Strong network within the restaurant and food‑service industry.
