Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth of our specialty chemicals portfolio across key industrial segments. The role involves building a strong distributor network, engaging directly with OEMs and end‑users, and delivering technical product training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard potential distributors and customers within a techno‑commercial framework.
• Plan, organize and conduct seminars, product demonstrations and training sessions for distributors and end‑users.
• Engage with OEMs, automotive ancillary manufacturers, oil & gas refineries, and forging & casting industries to understand needs and promote solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, address concerns promptly and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Analyse competitive landscape and market size to uncover opportunities and threats.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Own sales targets, track performance with data‑driven approaches and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Travel extensively to meet customers and distributors, fostering strong relationships.
• Leverage industrial sales experience of welding products (electrodes) to provide tailored solutions for fabrication and forging sectors.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage relationships with end‑users and distributors.
• Demonstrated success in achieving targeted sales outcomes.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Background in industrial sales and marketing, preferably within the chemicals or welding sector.
• Fluent English communication skills.
