Regional Operations Manager

About the role

The Regional Operations Manager will lead and coordinate all operational activities across the assigned region. Reporting to the Zonal Operations Manager, you will drive the regional team to meet performance targets while ensuring compliance with policies and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities throughout the region.
• Lead the regional team to achieve assigned targets and KPIs.
• Review and expand assessment‑compatible node infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Ensure policy compliance and manage operational risk.
• Prepare and present performance reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Sales and Administration teams.
• Lead planning and delivery of efficient, sustainable operations within budget.
• Handle external agencies, legal matters, crowd management and technical issues.
• Attend conferences, events and meetings as required.

Required profile

• 8‑11 years of experience in operations management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve regional targets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Exposure to handling external agencies and crowd management.
