Regional Operations Manager – India

About the role

The Regional Operations Manager will drive business growth and operational excellence across the Bharat region for a leading apparel brand portfolio. You will work closely with area managers, head office teams and franchise partners to ensure stores meet footfall, sales and compliance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quarterly footfall generation plans and store business plans in collaboration with ARM and head office.
• Conduct competition analysis, identify emerging opportunities or threats, and recommend strategic actions.
• Lead business development activities, evaluate new site prospects, and nurture relationships with local RBD representatives.
• Manage franchisee relationships, resolve conflicts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor SOP compliance and audit reports, identifying recurring trends across stores.
• Oversee merchandising and visual merchandising performance, recommending improvements.
• Analyze store opening quality, track delay patterns, and ensure adherence to cash, stock, cost and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations, store management or franchise oversight.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret audit data and competition insights.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with cross‑functional teams and head office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, drive footfall initiatives and support store openings.
