Regional Medical Advisor

About the role

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Regional Medical Advisor to serve as the primary scientific liaison between the company and key thought leaders and physicians within a specific therapeutic area. The role involves continuous identification, mapping, and profiling of thought leaders across the assigned geography.

Key responsibilities

• Engage identified thought leaders through targeted medical affairs activities aligned with the strategic plan.
• Execute the strategic medical affairs plan, including medical education, product education, medical evidence generation, advisory boards, pre‑license activities, and special projects.
• Act as the therapeutic‑area scientific expert, discussing product data, treatment trends, and study outcomes with leading specialists such as physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and scientific board members.

Required profile

• Strong scientific expertise in the assigned therapeutic area.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Experience in delivering medical education and generating scientific evidence.
