Regional Marketing Manager – Gold Loan (Hyderabad)

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager will act as the marketing partner for the Gold Loan business, supporting the regional sales team across Hyderabad. The role focuses on driving on‑ground marketing initiatives that boost lead generation, branch visibility, and overall business acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional, zonal and area sales teams to identify branch‑level marketing needs and align initiatives with sales targets.
• Plan and execute regional BTL campaigns, hyper‑local activations, roadshows, leaflet drops and partnership activities.
• Enhance branch visibility through outdoor branding, signage, neighborhood branding and merchandising deployment.
• Manage the regional BTL calendar, aligning activities with business cycles, festive periods and market priorities.
• Lead marketing support for new branch launches, from pre‑launch visibility to post‑launch sustain plans.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely, cost‑efficient execution.
• Track effectiveness of initiatives and provide insights on lead generation and visibility impact.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in regional, field, trade or branch marketing.
• Background in NBFC, gold loan, retail financial services, banking or multi‑location consumer businesses.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑branch and multi‑city marketing operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating with vendors.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of BTL, hyper‑local marketing, lead generation and branch visibility.
• High execution orientation with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management across sales, branches, marketing and vendors.
