Regional Go To Market - PRO Ecosystem Manager

About the role

The Regional Go‑to‑Market – PRO Ecosystem Manager will lead the digital offering portfolio for Bosch’s professional (PRO) ecosystem across the sub‑region. You will drive business development, loyalty programmes and user‑trade engagement to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sub‑region/country portfolio of digital products within the PRO ecosystem.
• Design, launch and monitor user‑ and seller‑focused loyalty programmes, including recruitment and engagement activities.
• Execute local go‑to‑market campaigns, events and training sessions to drive adoption.
• Analyse data from PRO 360 to steer user and trade engagement strategies.
• Oversee redemption processes for users and trade partners.
• Lead operational project execution and rollout of new product features.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in loyalty‑program management, sales or marketing within offline or online channels.
• Experience in consumer‑industry business development is essential; an MBA is preferred.
• Result‑oriented, data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable plans and communicate them clearly.
