Regional Fragrance Educator

About the role

The Regional Fragrance Educator will be based in the Greater Delhi Area and will lead fragrance education initiatives for retail teams and brand partners. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering product knowledge, brand storytelling and application techniques to boost sales performance and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging fragrance training sessions, workshops and in‑store coaching.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials and support new product launch trainings.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent education standards across the region.
• Collaborate with brand representatives and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor training outcomes and adjust content to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong teaching and training abilities with a focus on fragrance and beauty products.
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse retail audiences.
• Experience in luxury beauty or fragrance retail training is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to travel across multiple locations in the Greater Delhi Area.
• Professional, customer‑focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; certifications in education, retail or beauty are advantageous.
