Regional Finance Controller – East

About the role

As a Regional Finance Controller for the East region, you will act as the financial architect for a L'Oréal brand or channel based in Mumbai. You will own the full P&L, partner closely with commercial and marketing teams, and drive financial performance and sustainable growth across multiple divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end responsibility for the business P&L, optimizing gross margins and reviewing all line items.
• Partner with commercial and brand teams to provide timely analysis, strategic inputs, and ROI‑focused recommendations.
• Prepare and present budgets, forecasts and trend reports, ensuring accurate monthly closings.
• Drive implementation of finance policies, maintain process compliance, and support internal control audits.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification or MBA from a top‑tier institute.
• Significant experience in the FMCG sector with proven P&L management.
• Strong analytical mindset, high accuracy and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Solution‑oriented, agile and capable of integrating with commercial teams as a trusted partner.
