Regional Field Service Engineer

About the role

The Regional Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, commissioning and testing Sidel equipment at customer sites across the region. This role focuses on mechanical services for blowing machines within the beverage industry, ensuring high‑quality after‑sales support and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, start‑up, commissioning and testing of Sidel blowing equipment at customer locations.
• Provide technical assistance during and after the warranty period, including training and after‑sales services.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to offer objective advice and ensure satisfaction.
• Travel up to 90% of the time, including international assignments, to support customer sites.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of field experience with blowing machines and related processes.
• Experience in the beverage industry, especially with aseptic technology.
• Solid mechanical engineering background, preferably with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiarity with Sidel product portfolio and upstream filling machinery is a plus.
• Knowledge of microbiological principles, hygienic and environmental guidelines.
