Regional Director Sales – East

About the role

The Regional Director Sales – East will lead business growth across Enterprise, PSU and Government accounts in the East region of India. This senior position requires deep expertise in IT solutions, cloud services and public‑sector procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling Microsoft Azure, Modern Workplace, licensing and cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop and execute region‑specific sales strategies to increase market share.
• Manage large strategic accounts, handling RFPs, tenders and government procurement processes.
• Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, government officials and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with OEMs, partners and internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing regional sales team to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in IT sales, enterprise account management and business development.
• Proven track record with Enterprise, PSU and Government clients in the East region.
• Strong network within government departments, PSUs and large enterprises.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large deals, tenders and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
