Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a high‑ownership Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our rapidly growing Hyderabad team. The role focuses on fast, quality hiring across sales, design, site, operations and support functions, especially within the interior design, fit‑out and construction ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for Sales, Design, Site, Operations and Support roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to close positions quickly while maintaining quality.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and industry networks.
• Conduct structured screening, coordinate interviews and ensure swift decision‑making.
• Manage candidate experience, offer rollout, negotiation and post‑offer engagement.
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to align hiring priorities with business goals.
• Track and improve hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire, offer‑to‑joining ratio and quality of hire.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in‑house).
• Hiring experience in interior design, fit‑out, construction or related industries.
• Familiarity with roles such as designers, site engineers, sales and project teams.
• Experience in high‑growth or startup environments is preferred.
• Strong ownership, execution mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, build‑from‑scratch setting.
• Good judgment on candidates beyond resumes and strong stakeholder management skills.
