About the role

Ushta Te is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its talent acquisition team in Mumbai. You will act as a bridge between clients and candidates, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right opportunities across IT and non‑IT domains.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Source candidates using job portals, databases and social media platforms.
• Conduct pre‑interview screening to assess fit and readiness.
• Schedule interviews, manage offer negotiations and close positions.
• Maintain recruitment databases and trackers to ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong ability to interpret client needs and match them with candidate profiles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with end‑to‑end hiring processes.
