Recruitment Sales Manager – Insurance Sales

About the role

The Recruitment Sales Manager will lead the acquisition and development of life insurance agents across multiple cities in North and East India. You will be responsible for driving health and life insurance sales through a network of independent agents, ensuring targets are met and the brand expands its market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and train insurance agents on a commission basis.
• Set and monitor activity plans for agents to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and update the Sales Management System.
• Motivate agents through career progression programs and promote the use of the Agent Portal CRM for customer management and cross‑selling.
• Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication and confidence when interacting with people.
• Stable employment history and a well‑networked presence in the local market.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Agent Portal CRM and basic Sales Management System usage.
