Recruitment Professional – Hybrid, Mumbai

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Recruitment Professional to join our Mumbai office in a hybrid work model. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of client roles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple client positions.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain and nurture talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Support recruitment strategies and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Strong recruiting and hiring expertise with experience managing full recruitment cycles.
• Effective interviewing and communication skills for professional engagement with candidates and stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in HR consulting or talent acquisition within a fast‑paced environment (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and use recruitment tools or ATS effectively.
