About the role

Siemens Energy is seeking a data‑driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Transformation of Industry division in India. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will work closely with hiring managers, candidate experience partners, and TA coordinators to attract and secure top talent aligned with the company’s strategic hiring plans.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary advisor to hiring leaders, guiding the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and align them with long‑term workforce planning.
• Provide data‑based labor market and competitor insights through regular engagement.
• Analyze historical hiring data to recommend future hiring strategies.
• Tailor job offers using Siemens Energy’s Employer Value Proposition.
• Promote diversity and inclusion by ensuring diverse candidate pools.
• Market Siemens Energy as an attractive employer to prospective talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Recruitment Partner managing complex, end‑to‑end recruitment processes in a multinational environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple Asian countries is highly desirable.
• Background in in‑house, agency, or RPO talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
