Recruitment Coordinator – GSK Early Careers

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator will provide centralized operational support for GSK's Early Careers programmes. You will ensure recruitment administration activities are executed accurately, compliantly and on schedule, delivering a high‑quality experience for candidates, recruiters and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment administration support across multiple Early Careers programmes and geographies.
• Manage and respond to candidate, recruiter and stakeholder queries promptly.
• Support screening, assessment management, interview coordination and onboarding activities.
• Execute assessment‑related tasks such as SHL assessment resets, adjustment requests and standalone assessments.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and workstreams, including query management, assessment administration or broader recruitment tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.
