Recruitment Consultant – UK & Europe IT (Hyderabad)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (or Senior) to join our Hyderabad office and support UK & Europe IT hiring, with a focus on Poland. The role involves sourcing, screening and placing IT professionals for a range of technology positions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified IT candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking).
• Conduct initial screening, assess technical fit and manage the interview process with hiring managers in the UK and Europe.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide regular status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and market trends.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for submissions and placements while adhering to the UK‑shift schedule (1 pm‑10 pm IST).

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for UK/Europe markets.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies and industry terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Hyderabad and adapt to a UK‑based shift.
• Graduates from any discipline are welcome.
