Recruiting Advisor

About the role

The Recruiting Advisor will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition activities for a defined sub‑region, ensuring hiring targets, diversity goals and candidate satisfaction are met. This role coordinates interview logistics, supports pre‑screening, and contributes to employer branding while maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant laws.

Key responsibilities

• Drive hiring targets for the sub‑region, including time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, university hiring and diversity metrics.
• Support the full staffing cycle: source candidates, screen resumes, create shortlists, schedule interviews and generate offer letters.
• Coordinate interview logistics, reserve interview spaces, and arrange travel (flights, hotels, car rentals) for candidates.
• Communicate clearly with applicants, recruiters and hiring managers throughout the scheduling process.
• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to define job specifications and talent requirements.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing or a related discipline.
• Preferred certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
