Recruiter – Volume Hiring (Non‑IT/IT) – Chennai

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑oriented Recruiter to join our Chennai office. The role focuses on high‑volume hiring for both non‑IT and IT positions, requiring strong sourcing abilities and the flexibility to work rotational shifts based on business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using Boolean search, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter and social media platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Conduct high‑volume/bulk hiring for various roles across the organization.
• Utilise ATS tools such as Naukri RMS, SAP SuccessFactors or Taleo to track candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely placement.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or corporate).
• Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requisitions.
• Willingness to work rotational/flexible shifts and be based in Chennai.
• Own a personal laptop and be ready to join immediately or with short notice.

Required skills
