About the role
We are looking for a proactive US IT / NON‑IT Recruiter to join our team on a night‑shift schedule. The role is based at Ashar IT Park in Thane and focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for both technical and non‑technical positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates across multiple channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interview panels with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support end‑to‑end hiring processes.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Required profile
- Graduate from any stream.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Passion for recruitment and people interaction.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
