About the role

The Recruiter & Talent Specialist will own the full‑cycle hiring process at WonderWS, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding. This strategic position focuses on building high‑performing teams that stay, ensuring both rapid hiring and long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with team leads to design and execute recruitment strategies.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain consistent assessment standards.
• Manage offer creation, track acceptance, and keep hiring data up to date.
• Oversee onboarding documentation, background checks, and induction processes.
• Coordinate required training for new hires and ensure team readiness.
• Monitor early attrition, analyze retention data, and improve hiring/onboarding processes.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (mandatory).
• Strong stakeholder and candidate communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and close positions efficiently.
• Organized tracking and reporting of hiring data.
