Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Night Shift)

About the role

The Recruiter will execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates to fill roles quickly and cost‑effectively. You will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and key stakeholders to design and refine sourcing plans that meet client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify talent that matches specific client requirements and build strong relationships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders.
• Analyze position requirements, develop and apply a variety of recruiting strategies targeting passive candidates.
• Source profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks; post jobs to expand the candidate pool.
• Contact potential candidates in the US, provide exceptional candidate care, and pre‑screen applicants.
• Select and qualify candidates based on skill, cultural and motivational fit using behavioral‑based screening.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of all candidate interactions.
• Proactively pipeline talent and create pre‑qualified candidate pools aligned with client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with overall academic performance above 60%.
• 0–1 year of recruitment experience in manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation or facility management (preferred) or in customer support, sales, or non‑IT recruitment.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills and ability to work with urgency.
• Willingness to work night‑shift schedules and flexibility to adjust hours as needed.
• Demonstrated work ethic, commitment and ability to perform under pressure in a target‑driven environment.
