Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

About the role

Tallento.ai is seeking a target‑driven Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for academic and non‑academic positions across India. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to joining, while maintaining strict CRM discipline and daily outreach targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via Tallento.ai, job portals, databases, referrals, and social platforms.
• Contact new applicants promptly, evaluate experience, salary expectations, location preference, notice period, and joining intent.
• Manage assigned vacancies through requirement gathering, interview coordination, assessments, feedback, salary discussions, document collection, and offer stages.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with candidates during notice periods, relocations, and pre‑joining to minimize backouts.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and clients, providing accurate status updates and escalating issues early.
• Update all interactions, screening outcomes, and candidate stages in Tallento CRM on the same day, following prescribed call and WhatsApp sequences.

Required profile

• Proactive, target‑oriented individual comfortable with high‑volume calling and daily outreach goals.
• Strong attention to detail with strict adherence to CRM updates and process compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and re‑work requirements quickly when needed.
• Excellent communication skills, ensuring candidates receive timely feedback and never receive false promises.
