Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Design and regularly update job descriptions for open positions.
• Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and internal networks.
• Craft recruiting emails to engage passive candidates.
• Screen resumes and application forms, and conduct phone, video, or in‑person interviews.
• Prepare and distribute assignments, numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
• Advertise openings on the company careers page, social media, and job boards.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Send job offer emails and respond to compensation and benefits queries.
• Monitor HR metrics such as time‑to‑fill, time‑to‑hire, and source of hire.
• Participate in job fairs and host internal recruitment events.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs and act as a consultant for new‑hire onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with various sourcing techniques and referral programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and sound judgment.
• Minimum graduate degree in any discipline.
