Recruiter / Senior Recruiter – NBFC

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, data‑driven Recruiter with deep knowledge of the Indian NBFC and lending ecosystem. The successful candidate will own end‑to‑end recruitment mandates, translate business needs into talent strategies, and deliver high‑quality hires across mid‑level and senior positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for NBFC and broader financial services roles, from requirement gathering to candidate joining.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, market mapping and direct outreach.
• Assess candidates for functional competence, cultural fit, compensation expectations and likelihood of joining.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS and weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Analyse recruitment funnels, identify bottlenecks and recommend data‑driven actions.
• Collaborate with internal recruiters, team leads and business leadership; participate in requirement discussions and client review calls.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Indian NBFC, retail, MSME, consumer, housing, vehicle, micro‑finance and digital lending models.
• Ability to independently manage mandates, engage talent and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating candidates across functions such as sales, credit, risk, operations, product, finance, compliance and technology.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, sorting, pivot tables, look‑ups, formulas).
• Comfort working with large datasets and recruitment MIS.
