Recruiter (Remote, India)

About the role

Connekt is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a fast‑growing technology platform. You will partner with hiring managers, source talent, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while working remotely from India.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from job intake to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates for experience, motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Write and publish engaging job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Support offer management, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing skills with confidence approaching passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
