About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join Virginia Transformer India (VTI) in Vadodara. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing and selecting talent to support our transformer manufacturing business.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, assess resumes and provide feedback.
- Qualify or reject applicants based on interview outcomes and resume reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
- Achieve weekly targets for calls, emails and candidate placements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- High energy, passion for recruitment and a proven ability to meet quotas.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
