Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions to reflect role requirements.
• Source candidates through online channels, social media, job boards, and internal referrals.
• Craft recruiting emails that attract passive talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone, video, and in‑person interviews.
• Administer assignments and reasoning tests to assess candidate suitability.
• Advertise openings on the company careers page and external platforms.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Send job offer communications and address compensation queries.
• Track HR metrics such as time‑to‑fill, time‑to‑hire, and source of hire.
• Participate in job fairs and organize in‑house recruitment events.
• Collaborate with managers to forecast future hiring needs.
• Support new hires during onboarding and act as a consultant.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Strong sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment and ability to work independently.
• Minimum graduate degree in any discipline.
