About the role

Cielo is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for its clients. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while delivering high‑quality talent to hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market insights.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Assess candidate profiles against role requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and HR best practices.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficiency in social media recruiting tools
