About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to lead our sales and bulk hiring initiatives. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for non‑IT positions, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for sales and bulk hiring projects.
- Source and screen non‑IT candidates across various channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilise job portals and recruitment platforms to attract qualified talent.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales or bulk hiring.
- Proven ability to source and screen non‑IT candidates.
- Strong organizational skills for interview coordination.
